Although the facilities have aged, the friendly and accommodating staff significantly enhance the overall experience, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The cleanliness of the bedsheets and the availability of hot water for showers contribute positively to the comfort of the rooms. However, the gym features limited equipment, and the swimming pool is quite small, making it less ideal for swimming. While the hotel provides a bar for convenient refreshments, guests may feel hesitant to venture outside, especially at night when the area may not feel entirely safe. Additionally, the street noise can be noticeable in the mornings. With internet speed that is below average and not very stable, and breakfast offerings that are average with limited options, the experience is overall satisfactory but could benefit from some improvements. For those who value the view of Table Mountain, this hotel remains a compelling choice.
