facilities were well-maintained and the
bathroom was clean and comfortable. Staff were
friendly and attentive, making the overall
experience very positive. The only downside was
the Wi-Fi, which could be unreliable at times

26.04.22 We stay because this is hotel used by our expat explore tour. Very nice hotel, we can see table mountain from window. Clean, staff friendly, breakfast good
26.04.09 Staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that during my stay, there were also 2 large groups and the breakfast buffet area was too small for everyone and 2 out of 4 elevators were under repair. Things happen but I guess they just need to anticipate all these, especially if there's a large group of reservations. But again, overall, the experience was nice and I love my room.
