26.04.18 Only 2 young people at the reception were professional to serve the customers with smile, helpfulness and respect. Have to remind almost every day, for changing the used linen, filling tea/coffee and suger. The rooms at the lower plan are fit for ONLY solo travellers, because of open toilet solution. Step option to the lower level is suitable ONLY for youngsters and not for elderly guests. Pre determined breakfast has 2-3 "non-negotiable" options. Likewise cold / hot drinks. Dinner options were limited, undercooked meat and served with "no" greens. Claiming 4 * with this kind of services and facilities is not correct. A 2.5 star rating is suitable for this property
26.04.01 It was a good stay just parking that is a mission
26.03.31 We spent this past weekend at the Grande Kloof Boutique Hotel as a family of five, and while the property was undergoing some necessary maintenance during our visit, the management went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained enjoyable.
To make up for any inconvenience caused by the upkeep, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary lunch or dinner, as well as access to their jacuzzi. Although our schedule was a bit too tight to take advantage of the jacuzzi, we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
