This hotel was perfect for our night in Knysa. The hotel was clean and modern, the restaurant was so chic and delicious, and it was in a great location! Highly reccomend!

Location is gr8, literally adjacent to the waterfront. Breakfast quality is very good, filter coffee was outstanding. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

Hi I have been a loyal customer of Agoda and frequently use it to make my bookings for all my holidays and I am very disappointed at the condition of the hotel room we were given. We even spoke to the manager their complaining about the air conditioner not working on a very cold few days and we had to survive without any heating. We were looking forward to this stay however it became our worst nightmare. I would appreciate it if we were reimbursed for the stay at Aha the rex hotel as we did not get to use basic facilities which were promised as part of our stay.
