We were there for the marathon, the location was excellent for the race as I could walk the few minutes to the start and back from the finish. The V&A Waterfront is a stone’s throw away, with all the great restaurants and shops. The hop-on/hop-off bus start and the boat to Robben Island are also very close. The 2-bed apartment we had was beautiful, it was well appointed, comfortable and serviced every day. There is a bit of confusion with which gates to use for taxi’s and transport. The gate on Marina Road, which is where reception is located, appears to be the back gate. Twice we had transport go to the wrong gate to pick us up, despite sending a Google location pin to the drivers. The only complaints we had was that they said they would send a driver to our apartment block to pick us up for check-out, but he failed to turn up, so we had to walk quite a long way with all our luggage to the reception. They also promised to cut us a second key for the apartment when we checked in, but never did.

Great location - if a little tricky to find the right entrance! Luxury apartments - 5 minute canalside walk to amazing V&A area.

Slightly disappointing. The dishwasher didn’t work and to which they were already aware; the washing machine failed and couldn’t be fixed and maintenance had to fix the patio door so that it could open. This was all raised in an email to them but have never received the courtesy of a reply who is a shame as the apartment could be lovely in a great location.

A map of the premises in the room would help a lot. Hard to get an uber. Google maps location is incorrect. Spotless clean beautiful place, safe, great location, felt like home. Fast wifi.
