26.03.20Friendly staff in reception and restaurant. The breakfast exceeded my expectations 😋 the bed was so comfortable, and the warm water for shower was very good. However, a night before check out, the housekeeper took out dirty towels and never replaced them. I phoned the receptionist and promised that the housekeeper will drop the towels as early as 06:00, but dolololo!!!
My friend's husband had a running tummy and there was no toilet paper in the toilet because the hotel only put one toilet paper for four nights 🙃 room 701 and 702. Please try improve on housekeeping department and you will receive 10/10.

26.02.18 Our stay was great, would recommend. However, the lift is only operational after a flight of stairs, since we are in our 70 this was a challenge for us. I enjoyed the treats everyday including rusk ❤️. Whatever we required was promptly attended to. The staff were helpful., pleasant and friendly. Thank you 9 On Barrack.

26.02.09 What a surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed my 1-night stay at this property, which is new, with new furnishings, especially the bed, which was really comfortable. The staff at the reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant were all friendly, welcoming and ever ready to assist their guests - what a nice thing to have when one is far away from home. I would have loved to stay for more nights, but I hope to return there soon. Keep it up, Team 9 on Barrack Street, Cape Town
26.02.04 1. Not one for persons with mobility issues as ‘Ground’ floor lift is 13 stairs up….
2. NO windows open in the bedrooms and my aircon was out of action 3 days out of four
3. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful - especially Susan in charge of a great breakfast spread!
