Florida Park Hotel

This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the rates charged. The hotel offers very basic amenities, and overall the service and guest experience fell far below expectations. From check-in, the reception staff were not warm or welcoming. They seemed demotivated and lacked enthusiasm, making the entire arrival process feel impersonal. Even during check-out, no one asked about my stay or seemed concerned about the guest experience. Cleanliness was also concerning. The passages had dead cockroaches lying around, and throughout my stay they were never cleaned up. The bathrooms are old and worn, the curtains looked tired and fragile, and there were no wardrobes or cupboards in the room. Guests also need to leave their rooms to use the ironing facilities. My room safe was not working when I checked in. I reported it and expected assistance, but no one came until the following day. Basic checks like this should be done before guests arrive. I was aware that the room did not include a microwave, but there was a fridge available. The one positive was the housekeeping/laundry staff. They consistently replaced towels, kept the room tidy, and the linen was always clean and fresh, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the location was another major issue. The hotel is situated next to nightclubs, and getting proper rest was nearly impossible. My room was allocated behind the club parking area, and the noise on Saturday night was unbearable — loud tribal music, shouting, and constant disturbance went on late into the night. I barely slept. Overall, poor service, cleanliness concerns, lack of facilities, and excessive noise made this a very unpleasant stay. I definitely would not return. Never again!
