23.06.02The accommodation was exceptional. However. our room did not have hot water and the basin plug leaked. The neutral response of reception when reporting this was not up to the standard to be expected of such an establishment as this. One of my pet hates is having to shave with cold water. The water I boiled drained away because of the defective drain plug mechanism.

22.05.19 What is fantastic, is the location. Everything else is just worn, outdated. This hotel cries for refurbishment. Food is a low 3* hotel. And yes - if you stay for one night, you cant get the lunch you actually paid - if you ask for a lunch pack, they charge 120 ZAR for it (not to mention what you get - sandwiches and some fruits and egg). Heavily overpriced for what you get (and what you can get in SA).
