25.12.10Hotel is fully refurbished we had very pleasent stay & Staff were very cordial and attentive would made all efforts for you to have a comfortable and pleasengt stay.
Only but is they don't serve food or drinks at the rooms
25.11.17 Check-in was a bit of a nightmare. The booking that we made was paid for long in advance. When we arrived the room was different and we were forced to settle for something different from what was booked. The new Manager Africa intervened the next day and all was sorted. However the 1st day was hell.
25.11.07 We spent our diamond wedding anniversary at Sibaya lodge. Gloria at reception was so helpful and gentle with us senior citizens. When she heard that we were there to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary she upgraded our room . The manager was so happy that we chose Sibaya lodge and he helped us to get on to Uber while Gloria carried our bags to the car. We are very grateful for this and are looking forward to visit there again.
25.10.10 The room was large, clean and Convenient.
25.05.19 Overall average. There is no fridge and microwave in the room. We rang room service to get plates 🍽. We were advised that there was no plates. Room was cold. Breakfast was ordinary.
