My online booking indicated that I'll be traveling with 3 kids and we booked bed and breakfast. Upon our arrival we were informed that the kids were not charged for breakfast therefore we had to top up or they won't be allowed to eat. The experience was very traumatizing. After we drove from Pretoria to Durban then boom a shock of our lives. Where we expected to make more payment to cover the kids breakfast. The treatment from the hotel staff was very traumatizing and they blamed Agooda. Be careful when you travel with kids and made a booking online.
