Definitely coming back again.....

The location is lovely but the place needs some TLC, particularly in the dining area where crockery was chipped. My expectations were high, but were not met.

The 2 guys at reception were not welcoming.room 14 the cover had holes and marks we asked for another room.room 18 aircon dirty.bathroom tissue holder empty.towels as dry as biltong need softerner.the breakfast saved the day was not too bad.

We only stayed one night. The first impression was great. We had a nice welcome, and helpful personal. However, we only had one two at first. After asking we got a second one. In the night they must have had a party as you could hear people and music very loudly. We also could hear the room next to us talking. At the breakfast you can order coffee or hot chocolate but the beverages are not included in the breakfast. All in all it was a decent stay. Room to improve for sure, but we had a clean room with nice personal and a great location.
