There was no electricity when we arrived. This was meant to be a special weekend away , but the plans were disrupted again on Saturday morning when we woke up to another power outage. It’s unbelievable that such a large and well-established estate doesn’t have a backup generator. Although we tried to be patient and understanding, it really affected our experience. What truly ruined the stay, however, was the way we were treated on Sunday. We received numerous calls reminding us that we had passed check-out time, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve stayed in many hotels before and have never been treated in such a manner. Overall, the poor communication, lack of backup power, and unprofessional attitude left a very bad impression. I expected much better from a place with San Lameer’s reputation

Best stay ever.

We had a good time. However, i wasn't happy with breakfast. Bacon and baked potatoes was not fresh on Friday & Saturday. We had to wait at the gate for a pin before we checked in, if we had been notified of this we would have requested for a pin before we arrived. We loved the place though, will definitely visit again.
