26.01.27 I loved to serve we had , the lady was very welcoming and patience sad I didn't get her name. The rooms were clean we really enjoyed our stay definitely coming back this weekend 😄
25.09.28 The room was clean, WiFi working well. They give you a plastic with towels and remotes when you check in at reception and you have to carry this up the stairs with your luggage since there are no lifts. I was on the 3rd floor. The guests made noise and were playing music loudly with their room doors open late at night and roaming and sitting around the corridors at night which was creepy. I brought the noise issue to the attention of the receptionist in the morning and it was the same when I returned in the evening. I called them from my room and they promised to send security to handle it but the noise continues until after midnight. People yelling early in the morning and strange alarms that sounded like smoke detectors going off twice this morning. Sooo no thanks, I will not be staying at this place ever again.
