25.08.11We had a great stay, there is only one thing i was not impressed by. The place is not disabled friendly. I'm disabled, although I'm not not wheelchair bound, find it difficult entering the reception, they have a huge staircase and there are no rails. Even people who are not disabled but need rails to go down stairs it would be difficult for.

24.11.30This was the was service ever the toilet didn't flash, asked for help from the staff no one came back to help us, there was no milk in the room the kettle was so dirty couldn't make tea or anything.the service was bad

24.11.03I think management should consider having refrigerator in the rooms it was too hot this weekend there was a need for it, they did make arrangements for us but it is a need

24.08.20The place was bad. Brocken draws, cupboards don’t open properly. We found “snuff” in the bathroom and in the morning the water was cold we couldn’t shower. There’s no safe for a firearm.

24.05.17Beautiful establishment, friendly staff especially the security guys who are always willing to go an extra mile to act as porters and not expecting anything in return. The only disappointment was the dirty swimming pool. I believe they can do better. Overall, very warm and welcoming.
