😩😩😩 the room we Got needs a Revamp . They are aware

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this safari lodge. When we arrived, the room we were first assigned had plugs that were not working, and we were also disappointed with the overall standard of the room. I managed to take a shower while waiting for them to arrange another room for us. Unfortunately, the second room we were given was in an even worse condition than the first. The blankets were torn, the bathroom was very dirty with mold around the tub, and the windows in both the room and bathroom were filthy. The linen looked worn and unclean. On one of the pillowcases there was a date written on it, which I assume was the year the linen was received 2018 and it appears it is still in use, which is about eight years now. Overall, the standards were very low. On a positive note, the food was good, both dinner and breakfast.

My room had a problem with the lock so couldn’t lock it, The room was stuffy couch was missing. When you want to relax you have to lie on the bed Tv was not functional no WiFi the kids couldn’t even watch Netflix on their TV No towels in our rooms Overall I think the hotel was overwhelmed by the number of staff, they should do better

We arrived 1 hour after check in time room still was not ready. We waited for them to have the room sorted. On entry we notice the aircon was not working. I notified them they brought in the maintenance guy to fix it. They was not successful they brought in as a portable aircon for the 2 days. The portable aircon leaked water in the room. We notified them they came and cleaned up and adjusted the aircon. This adjustment cause the aircon to stop working the next day. We complain they came and readjusted removing the first adjustment. The air dryer was in the cupboard draw the cord went through the draw but could not reach the plug point. I had to move the furniture around to get to the plug point. The stuff was super friendly and nice and went out of the way to assist with all the complaints. Breakfast was very delicious and wide spread . As well as supper. Other than the few misapps we had the place is beautiful good setting we enjoyed the Stay

The cleck that checked us in was awesome, but from then on everything was awful, not all bathroom windows could close. The entrance way was stuffy and unclean, aircon is loud, shower head too small, TV didn't work cause there was no internet connection, even on our phones. No twin plugs. We plugged our own and forgot it there, no one called to inform us to collect it. Carpet dirty. Not all lights worked
