The staff was very professional from the way they carry themselves to their uniform and their name tags properly presented. The room service was responsive and the call to reception from the room was answered in 2 rings and the call was resolved. The security at the basement parking also assisted us with finding a spot to park and guided us to the lifts and told us which floor to go to for reception. The room was clean and comfortable, hair dryer, coffee, iron and an ironing board available. We really enjoyed our stay.
