Beautiful, clean and romantic!

The place is absolutely beautiful as pictured. The lady who assisted me at check in was extremely rude, she left me waiting at reception and went to do other stuff, no explanation, walked past me without acknowledging me. Then called me and accused me of taking the other room keys, then she came to search my room for the missing keys. We needed 2 extra chairs as we were group of 6, I was told to take it from the other rooms, no assistance provided. I had to lug chairs across the hotel by myself. The rest of the group also complained about the service. Breakfast was less than pleasant. We were barely acknowledged at check out. The toilet didn’t work properly. I must say I did meet the chef as I was leaving, she was wonderful.

The stuff needs to be more easily accessible at least until midnight

Horrid reception lady Watches you on camera everyday and pushes rules on you that she makes up. Very rude and not friendly It was a prison She won't even allow you to take extra cutlery The kitchen staff is awesome and hospitable
