Everything is good but my rooms water heater breakdown

Service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return.

The room had twin beds whereas I clearly requested upfront days before the arrival that I request a double bed (2 adults). When I arrive I was given a room with twin beds while I was traveling with my wife. They didnt have any options and they didnt assist in making a plan to atleast combine the twin beds to a double bed. The other issue was the telephone in the room it did not have a connection line. It was like a cordless phone . I reported the phone and they send someone to fix it but it was not fixed because the phone when I picked it up it was not working. It is dangerous for a room without a telephone. How will a person report an incident or emergency if a telephone is not working? It was my bad experience I have ever had at peermond hotel.
