But they resolved it very well.

26.03.28 Perfect location, good breakfast, clean rooms and excellent staff. Only downside was the disabled room that I was put in as it was close to the front gate which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep and seemed smaller than the standard queen room usually is.
26.03.23 The hotel is centrally located close to shops and the airpirt. The rooms are well-appointed with all relevant facilites and are exceptionally clean. The check-in, breakfast and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great value-add
26.03.07 Booked a family room the amount was deducted on my account instead of paying at the hotel as i had choose, upon arrival they give us a budget room on ground floor even i show them my booking they did not even bother, yet asked for R200/- because of a stain on the bed sheet , very disappointing this place, the reception guy needs customer service
