23.05.28I brought my family from the UK to South Africa & they were very impressed with the staff from reception,security & housekeeping...everyone was helpfull..Our room was on point,cleanliness & very spacious...I would recommend it to anyone & will be definitely revisiting...5star defo

23.02.18 Some front desk staff were rude, unprofessional and made several mistakes which they did not own up to. We were travelling as a family of three but we only had two towels in the room and when we called to ask for more towels we had to wait almost 2 hours for them to be delivered to us. The housekeeping, shuttle bus/golf cart staff were professional, friendly and polite. The breakfast room staff (some not all, particularly the young lady i think she is the hostess) was not as nice or helpful.

22.11.20 It needs to be what you are looking for. A place to sleep after a night out, yes, or quickly travelling for business for one night - maybe. Trying to get in a good nights rest - not so sure. Bed is extremely hard and pillows are poor quality. It is a big place and it would be nice to know where you can explore and where not.
Alot of party goers and people drinking outside the rooms - make you feel a bit uneasy.
Staff loud at night, made it difficult to sleep. Guests need to know what is the difference between the Birchwood and Sliver Birch if any, I would have easily upgraded if it would have made my stay more comfortable.
Not bad, but not great. It feels as if they are trying hard but missing the spot just a bit.
