25.03.31I was there for a day and everything was spot on. Friendly staff, clean room and easy to access.

25.02.15I understand the hotel is under construction but I was really disappointed by the breakfast area the couch has a lot of roaches and unfortunately when I was fishing I found it on the flakes a live one so R310 was gonne to waste I couldn’t eat anymore I really felt like vomiting 🤮 please fumigate the area

24.10.24The venue is clean, staff are very friendly and help full.
The only issue we had was the noise level of other guest after 11pm the Saturday evening. Phoned the front desk and they then asked the guests to quite down.

24.09.22We always stay at the ESH&D for festivals or events for the past few years. Will definately recommend except if you prefer 5star accomudation&services

26.01.13Location is in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from Warmbaths, but the hustle of town is quite noisy. To beat the band, the hotel was without hot water and we were then transferred to their sister hotel in the bush. Definitely not worth the stay.

25.12.20Good for work stay over or vacation. Aventura Resort and Hydro just across the street. Nesta Foods, Super Spar, KFC and Steers within walking distance. Low crime area and town. Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Serviced daily. Bar fridge. Kettle plus coffee and tea provided. Small safe for keeping valuables. Quality mattress and bedding. Blackout curtains. Air conditioner worked well. TV with Netflix and YouTube etc. Choose pool view rooms or apartments. Free safe parking and even parking for 7 ton trucks.
