I had an amazing stay. The place is nice and clean. It feels very homey and the service from Christopher was excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Second time around and we’d choose another stay anytime. Friendly host, a really moving gentleman that loves what he does, surviving you with a smile everyday. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Everything else was on point except the shock of having to pay for snacks that we found in the room displayed and drinks in the fridge, it was shocking for us to be asked to pay for them when we were checking out. It is common cause that when water or drinks are displayed in the room are regarded as the welcoming gesture - with this hotel it was meant for us to pay them as if we had asked for a room service.

Just would like a hand shower grab rail and shower seat in pwd room would be nice and a smart tv

Located 10-15mins from pretty much everything in PE, Manor 38 was the perfect place to stay. As a mom travelling on my own and needing to uber around from sports field to sports field, the staff were incredibly accommodating with allowing me to arrive slightly early and look after my luggage after I wasnt able to leave the area until after check out. The food was delicious and customized to exactly what I wanted for breakfast each morning. In terms of the room - it had everything I needed, I was left to enjoy my privacy in my room and it felt like my own little safe escape. Thank you Manor 38.
