I actually messed up our booking and booked for 2 days later than we planned, so we showed up and the lady at reception was so kind and accommodating and wasn’t bothered at all by the mishap. The property is stunning, the heating in our room worked perfectly for the cold winter night, and breakfast was great. Our daughter loved the trampoline. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing stay! When I first drove into Forest Hall, I had to do a double take to confirm was still in the city. The grounds are gorgeous, spacious with an old worldly charm. You will feel like there aren’t enough days to your stay nor hours to your day due to the wonderful facilities on site. There a swimming pools, tennis courts, a trampoline and lush greenery for general lounging or even a picnic. The cherry on top was definitely the host. David was so kind and accommodating. He knows his area and province well and is a wealth of information when your creativity runs out, or even when you’re uncertain about anything. Breakfast was continental style and good, quality ingredients are used. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Forest Hall and will definitely be returning time and again.
