Loved it here

I recently stayed in a Deluxe Suite and it was a pleasant experience, deserving of 4/5 stars. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a lovely bathroom and stunning views. The hotel amenities, like the pool and spa, were fantastic. Service was friendly, though there were minor delays at times. Breakfast options were good as well. Overall, it was a relaxing stay.

The hotel it’s beautiful from the minute you step in the resort you will be in aware of the surrounding the ambitious amazing. Close to Kruger and restaurants. The location is perfect. But I must say with the new management the place it’s no longer the same. They were short stuffed which made our stay not pleasant. I remember when I visited the place in 2019 we where greeted by one of the staff member in the packing lot who took our bags to our rooms. The food was amazing everyone was attentive to our needs as guests. But this time around it was different although the renovation inside the rooms are good. But the house keeping Im shocked that one will think that we will never notice that they had put the same towels we used the day before . The bed where poorly made. Even my 10 year old boy can do much better than what I saw . The waiter that helped us on the 19 of July 2024 had zero interest in our complains , the drinks poorly made. The food very unpleasant had to go outside of the resort to buy food /dine. The front desk stuff that was working in the early hours of sartuday had zero interest in our request. We had to call them three times Three times to request for an iron they didn’t bother to bring it. What made our stay worth while is the ladies who massaged us on the 20th which was sartuday ,they deserve a 5 star if not more. The breakfast team I couldn’t fault them . The breakfast was exceptional everyone enjoyed it .
