Spent a weekend with hubby and daughter. The place is child friendly and they have such a lovely staff. There is a spa in the premises as well I managed to get a massage as well. I will come back again.

Would recommend this for anyone looking to stay at a peaceful clean hotel

Nice place and location perfect Turn-off is the tidiness of the Rooms - lot of cockroaches / ants Dirty Linen and Curtains Supervisor on duty 17/03/2023 very rude - didn't have care to clients and was allocated Self catering instead of the room initially booked.

The treatment were so poor, their hotel was fully booked and they accepted our booking without telling us they are full, when we got they they took us to their guesthouse without explaining and that makes me believe that they always do that to people . That didn’t sit me well so I had to go and confront them . The manager was all over not knowing what to say to us because they were very wrong and unprofessional. Khayalami treats people very bad. We had to wait for Saturday so that people can checkout from for us to move to a hotel.

The staff was pleasant, especially Ntsiki. She was very helpful, keep up the great work.
