26.04.17Great hotel in the city centre but its not really a safe area.
26.02.01 Parking is hard. Very tiny space, and few parking spots and something was leaking from the ceiling. The staff were very helpful and will really help you out. The room, not so clean I saw urine streak by the toilet flush. Also the AC was making a loud noise and wasn’t getting cooler. Hot water also takes a while to heat up.
26.01.27 Location is amazing. The breakfast staff (especially Elba) was so nice. The layout of the hotel is unique, with each floor having a big lobby area for work or just relaxing. Highly reccomend
26.01.20 The pictures you see online are completely inaccurate. These rooms do not exist.
Although I found the place to be clean, a friendly staff and a nice breakfast area, the rooms were tiny and outdated.
They were nothing like what they show online. I would not stay there again because I was mislead
25.12.25 They did not have Hot water in the hotel and did not have a sense of urgency to fix it. It really screwed up the short time I had to explore San Jose.
