The front desk staff were rude, my reservation was lost. I requested 2 rooms for Sunday. The staff spoke over me and were condescending

Due to my flight situation I needed to spend some time in San Jose this location is right at the center walkable distance which was great.

We enjoyed our stay there, though we had to pay for a broken coffee pot. The service quality was reasonable.

Nice place, nice staff

Their front desk is 24/7, no troubles checking late after 11pm. The room was called "Standard Plus". This was a full bed, 32" TV, A/C, desk and a bathroom with a shower. The included breakfast was delicious. Breakfast is complementary in their beautiful rainforest decorated restaurant, very well put together. We really liked to practice our Spanish, but when I couldn't understand, Pietro was very patient with me and he also speaks great english for the conversations I struggled with.
