Villas Sol and Beach Resort

We stayed in the resort 5 days and our stay was disappointing. All Inclusive option is not worth it, the food was not good, the same from lunch to dinner, repeats every day, limited choice. We had stomach problem for 2 days. For the price we paid, we expected more nicer food quality and variety. As for the room, be prepare to claim a lot and it is in the hot weather, or wait for shuttle every time you leave your cage room which is nested in the mountain. We came for our special occasion to celebrate an anniversary and we vere disappointed that we picked this place for our special occasion. They put us first in the room to the villa which is on very top of the mountain, there is no way you can walk up or down, and taking the shuttle feels like you ride a rollercoaster, not for everyone. I did not book villa, why I was given somebody's timeshares villa instead of a hotel room what I originally booked. Then they gave us a room in a bit lower level so we could at least walk to the facilities. The room did not have a window beside a small tiny door to the small balcony which did not have any chair and there was no space to seat there, so it was not useful. The room was so small with one small bed with the mattress as concrete. I did not have a normal sleep for all 5 nights, so uncomfortable it was. We are definitely not coming back to this resort. Playa Hermosa has a nice beach and it is worth to stay there, but we would rather rent some other place next time.
