26.05.07Beautiful spa and resort. Rooms are incredibly spacious and quiet, sorrounded by amazing gardens. Hot spring pools are superb and there are lot of them, at different levels and temperatures. Breakfast is glorious and the view of the volcano one of the best you can get in town. In one word: exceptional.
26.05.03 It's a little runned down especially the older rooms nowhere I would recommend this resort for pure ease and closeness to everything...hot springs ks a nice bonus but kids really loved the pool more. The activity center for paddle board was a surprise.
26.03.22 Huge beautiful property. stayed here for hot springs but we were able to visit Arenal view point and Lagos lake as well. Breakfast was good with Britt coffee, hot springs were well maintained.
26.02.27 The facilities were amazing! We loved the pools (both thermal and cold water), swim-up bar, gardens and delicious buffet breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and an easy walk from both the pools and the restaurant/main office. We also had an amazing view of the volcano. Would absolutely stay here again!
26.02.01 Lovely hotel! Enjoyed the breakfasts, our rooms were big, clean and nice bathrooms. Stunning views even with rain and clouds. The hot springs with a swim up bar were wonderful after a morning of zip lining. And the topper-a sloth living in the tree right outside the lobby!!
