26.03.09our stay was exceptional from start to finish, the staff are phenomenal they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Emanuel was the person that checks us in and he was so kind he knew it was my birthday so he did foreign and beyond try to accommodate me
I will definitely come back again and I will definitely highly recommend this comparing to other hotel that I was that considered five star. This is definitely the one I will come back to.

25.12.22Breathtaking view of the lush green with Arenal in the backdrop from our room. Very spacious room with high ceiling. Gorgeous spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The grounds and hot spring pools are gorgeous. Club Rio is so much fun! We ate at Treehouse and Ginger. Treehouse burger was delicious! Service was great as well. Ginger was just ok with both food and service. We made good use of the free self-service laundry. Love the free valet parking! Can’t wait to go back

25.11.06If youre in doubt, BOOK IT. We had such a great time.. the facilities, the room, the staff, the spa, the hot springs, and the activities were all soo good.. the only MINOR downfall was the the food, if they can improve that a bit, it would have been perfect.. but again, we are used to such high quality food in the middle east, and this doesnt mean that their food is not good, it’s just not up to our standards.. other than that, as i said before, if youre in doubt, BOOK IT!
