The rooms were spacious and clean, complemented by reliable Wi-Fi and convenient transport options that made getting around easy. The facilities offered were top-notch, and the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for exploring the area on foot, making the overall experience very enjoyable and worth the value.

We enjoyed our stay here! We liked being out of the city a bit and loved the coffee shop across the street. Lots of pigeons at the hotel and some of them liked the pool too, opps! Other than that, we loved the location and staff were very kind and helpful!

I have very mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. I want to start by saying that the staff members were the absolute highlight of the trip. They were incredibly nice and professional, and the fact that they were perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish made communication effortless. They went out of their way to provide us with excellent recommendations for places to go, which we really appreciated given the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had several issues that were hard to overlook. In my room, I found a black stain on my pillow, and the coffee machine was completely unusable. Every single time I tried to boil water, it produced black bits, so I wasn't able to enjoy any coffee during my stay. The pool area was also a major letdown as it was under renovation and the floor surrounding it was quite dirty. Travelers should also be aware that the pool is very small and only about 4 feet deep. The location is another drawback. There are very few restaurants within walking distance, and the beach directly across from the hotel was quite dirty with very little to do in the immediate vicinity. While the staff deserves five stars for their service and local tips, the maintenance and cleanliness of the property make it difficult to recommend for a relaxing vacation.

TV did not work, internet did not work, no restaurant on site, no where near the cruise port, which their ad said all these things were there
