It seems more like Motel.

This Hotel is absolutely horrible. I arrived at 3.30a as my flight landed about 3am. Upon arriving, the check in process was ok but they put hubby and me on the 2nd floor with no elevators. I specifically stated that I needed to be on the first floor due to my disability. My husband had to make 2 trips up and down to bring the suitcases to the room. Once we arrived at the room, the key fob was not working. Once again, he had to go down to get it activated bc the lady at the desk was half asleep and forgot to activate the key fob. Once inside of the room, hubby put the key fob on the beaurea and encountered a dead roach (totally disgusting). You are told that you CANNOT turn off the AC bc of condensation and they had it set at 62 degrees which had the room freezing. I ultimately turned it up to 70 degrees so that I could sleep. A few hrs later when I woke up there were no pods to make coffee. I called the Front Desk and asked them why were there no coffee pods, was told if I wanted coffee I had to pay for it which I absolutely told them I was not paying. They finally sent up 2 coffee pods and the coffee maker was so dirty that you could see an oily rim once the coffee brewed - totally disgusting (so no coffee to drink). I started unpacking some of my stuff and walked back and forth from the bedroom to the bathroom (about 15 min) When I finally got into the shower the bottom of my feet were so black due to the filth of the rug. I could not believe. For the price they charged, I would've expected better service. This hotel doesn't deserve not even 1 star. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. Also, btw, only 1 morning we bought the brkfst, the scrambled eggs are made of powder, the food does not look fresh at all. $16.05 down the drain.

It was a good deal compared to the outrageous prices throughout the island. Just remind yourself you are getting a bargain deal for an okay place and you will be fine. It is a 2-star type hotel. It was clean just old room with also old furniture. Definitely needs an upgrade in the near future bit then prices will probably go up too.
