25.10.03 The front desk manager was condescending, rude, and unreasonable. I was charged €18 for overnight parking even though I never parked a car at Hotel Am See. He insisted I had received a “car park coupon” in the key box during self check-in, but I was never told what it was for. In reality, it was just a piece of paper attached to the room key — which I assumed was a welcome note since it only had check-in and check-out dates written in German. Guests should beware: don’t take or use any papers attached to your key, as this seems to be a way to unfairly charge for parking you didn’t use.
25.09.27 Comfortable place to stay very close to zell am see station and main bus stop. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and free use of sauna and bubble bath. Definately recommend

I requested a parking space and they told me to park near the trash bins
