26.01.06I booked the Deluxe Junior Suite specifically for the newly renovated design and bathtub shown in the photos. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find a room that was ancient, dated, and nothing like the pictures.
When I complained, the staff were incredibly dismissive. They actually told me 'not to trust Agoda photos' and to check their own website instead—yet their own website showed the exact same renovated rooms! They only admitted the renovated rooms were fully booked once I requested to speak to a manager.
After making us wait an hour, they moved us to a much smaller room that was clearly not a suite and had no bathtub. I paid for a premium suite but was forced into a lower-category room with zero compensation. A staff member even admitted they have trouble selling that old room, which feels like a 'bait and switch' scam. Avoid this hotel if you value honesty and getting what you paid for.
