1st time, hotel was perfect spot to stay right on Seneca lake. Great views, very quiet this time of year. Nice to have coffee in the lobby. Good area to be able to walk around town.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting our favorite wineries! Great location. Restaurant and bar very nice. Always enjoy outdoor seating and beautiful view.

Room was just ok...rip on the bed platform and popcorn kernels on floor. Mainly, no closed caption available for TV, so a problem for the hearing disabled.

There is no other lodging on the lake in this area at this price. Very convenient for our first 2 nights and then we moved to other lodging. The mattresses seem old and the sheets are worn to the point that the fitted sheets came off during the night.
