Great hotel, lovely staff

Great location, nice amenities.

Bardessono Hotel and Spa impressed with its stunning grounds, friendly staff, and luxurious suites. The on-site bar offered delicious food and drinks. With its perfect location in Yountville, it provided an unforgettable Napa Valley escape.

Pros: Great Location: The hotel is well-located, with many good restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also close to the wineries. Room View: If you stay on the 2nd floor by the roadside, you can see the vineyard across the street. Recently Renovated: The hotel is newly renovated in batches. The initial room we were given was just renovated. Restaurant and Bar: The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, though we didn’t try them as there were many options nearby. Excellent Service: The service is great; they help with parking, luggage, and local recommendations, and are very friendly. Nice Décor: As a new hotel, the décor is nice and modern. Free Parking: There is plenty of free parking available. Cons: Poor Value for Money: Considering the price, the overall value doesn’t seem worth it. Room Odor: The first room we got had a strong smell from the recent renovation, which was hard to endure, so we had to switch rooms. Bathroom Amenities: The toilet is very basic, which feels a bit out of place given the rest of the hotel’s décor. Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff speak only Spanish and don’t understand English, which led to them mistakenly entering our room. Overall: The hotel is quite good in many aspects, but considering the price, it feels quite overpriced.

Highly recommend the hotel. Great location and great service.
