25.04.21place is always clean. check in/out is super fast, no matter what time of day.
24.04.25 Positives: Nice place. Comfortable bed. Shower worked great. Convenient walking distance for meeting at The Tahoe School. No parking problems. Price was good (booked online)
Negatives: No onsite staff that I could see. Front desk staff is remote and communicates via TV and phone in the "office". Answer the phone when it rings but no sign or instruction to do so. Almost comical as I half-expected someone on the other end to tell me to follow a trail to the next phone. $40 "resort fee" for internet access.
23.09.16 Admittedly, I did not research too much before I booked. We were pleasantly surprised by how large our lodge was and the kids had a great time.
25.08.19 I never write reviews but when your credit card is charged a couple hundred dollars 10 days after your stay on a Sunday. With no explanation or receipt. That’s not ok. 2 people lightly using an entire upper and lower level with no additional guests and no cooking or even making coffee in the place. Did not even turn the TV on. We’re mostly out enjoying the lake and town. Having to continue calling to get answers and tracking staff down over multiple days is unacceptable. They finally refunded our money but what a hassle. Staying in a hotel next time!
