The Post Hotel & Spa

This was our 2nd time staying at The Post. Love that it never changes! 5 star service both at the hotel and the restaurant. We will be back.

This will be our last time at The Post. We were joining friends for a birthday. In October 2020 we spent 2 nights when it was still family owned. What a difference in service! This time our check in was borderline rude. The gentleman who checked us in was distracted by his co-workers’ conversation, and when we asked if the reservation included breakfast, we were told bluntly « No! » He could have said it nicely, diplomatically. Overall the property seems focused on maximizing profit versus years ago when. It was a Relais & Chateau property that focused on guest satisfaction and superb customer service. Our only positive experience was in the bar/lying for a pre-diner drink. There are other properties abd places to spend our hard earned money.

A wonderful stay! Excellent staff and delicious meals in the dining room. They just need to get their fireplaces working again to further add to the charming ambience of this hotel.

1. 너무 늦게 체크인해서 숙소는 잘 모릅니다. 실내수영장은 있습니다. 2. 전반적인 룸 컨디션 훌륭하지만 냉장고, 전자렌지는 없습니다. 3. 루이스 빌리지에 있으니 당연할 수 있지만 사설 리무진 뿐 어니라 숙소 리무진이나 대중교통으로 루이스호수 접근 가능합니다. 4. 가성비 때문에 강력 추천은 어렵지만 루이스, 모레인 호수 아침 일찍 관광하고 다른 일정을 소화하고 싶다면 추천합니다.

we stayed 3 night to ski in lake louise. this hotel room is decent， beds are comfortable，the common area and room are very clean and homey. The best part is its services. Its two restaurants are both very good. fine dining is exceptional， much better than fairmount in all aspects. Eould definitely return if ever come back to the area. The indoor pool and afternoon are plus. love the European mountain lodhe atmosphere， historic building and all the warm staff. In usa or canada， we have been to so many 4/5 star hotels where the facility is nice hardware， but miss warm touch of services. Here we got pampering from all directions. The pub restaurant on site is great for casual dining. we tried nearby restaurants including the fairmont， noone come close in food quality and not cheap options either.
