Hotel denied to accept my booking and agoda also not responding properly night we are very suffering to find another hotel as I am from Odisha also paid in advance.

Agoda booked the property with super saver plan but at the check in time, I was asked to pay 500/-+50/-(GST)=550/- extra which I had do pay due to necessity. This was not a good behaviour if Imperial Hotel. I am thinking to complain in Consumer Forum. Plz guide me why should I not complain. First time a bad experience.

Not recommended for this hotel, Cook staff not here,lunch , dinner not make it, timings are bf timing 10:00AM.Staf is very poor condition handling,wifi not here, well come drink,and water arrange ment very poor,i think not recommended for others and money loss

We Had stayed there for 2 days Because of Exam. The bedsheet,Blanket, kettle,washroom everything was dirty. It was terrible experience. No Hot water Facility even in winters. You literally can't even take a shower. No Bucket and mug was provided. They gave me this kettle even after saying them to clean it up Twice. They changed it twice. If I was trapped there just because I had my exam there or else I would not recommend anyone to book this filthy hotel.

They have cancelled my booking at very last moment,due to maintenance (as per them).IThey don't have any lift facility and a very narrow stairs to climb upto their reception.
