Fantastic place, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Great value!

Don't provide packed water , refill the used water bottles.. Only 1bottel for 2people per day.. Basic tea cup was not provided to have tea,Food was not good very slow service There was bed bugs in the rooms.. Need to improve cleaning

The female staff at the front desk was on personal calls all the time. No time for guests. I’m not sure she spoke English or not. Any time I spoke with her I got, Yes okay one moment… and absolutely Nothing. I ordered coffee, never came. I asked for help with Gyser, never came. I had to Specifically ask to speak to ANYONE BUT HER. She did absolutely Nothing but talk on her phone. I was nothing but a bother to her and she very clearly let me know I was a bother to her. She does not want to do any work, that takes her from her social life. They had None of the food on the menu, only one or two items from the entire menu. I had to order delivery. Then I asked HER for a fork and knife to eat my food and was met with “NO KNIVES ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL!”….. yeah, so couldn’t cut my basic food to eat it. The pool was empty, and the more expensive option with a view was the second floor looking out onto construction and a dirt road, couldn’t sit on the balcony due to the dust. They changed my room to a front view…. Which, I guess was nice, considering I paid extra to have a Mountain View, and ended up with a non Mountain View…. But I wasn’t stuck inhaling dirt anc looking at construction. No I will definitely Not stay here again. This hotel is not good for non Indian guests. Indian guests who speak Hindi will surely enjoy it more than foreigners…. As the communication and service were the worst I’ve experienced. lol, still waiting on my food order… lol.

Awful, just awful. We enjoyed staying here 2 years ago, but now the hotel is nowhere near what it was. Room dirty, breakfasts terrible, noisy at night, service poor, pool green with algae. Don't even think about it.

It was a battle to get to the hotel because it had rained and there was no proper road or lights. The rooms were basic. The water geyser was giving electric shock in the water. So we had to change the room.
