The Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is well behaved and polite, makes the guest comforatable and help in maming transportation arrangements ad well, if need. The location (hill area) is bit far from the central location of the town which makes the surroundings quite and peaceful. They have great restaurant at the top with a magnificient sea view. The food was quite good, however it is on the pricier side as compared to other restarants in the town. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay

Nice room and close to the airport.

We arrived just when the buffet had ended. They should have some food available for travelers who’ve arrived hungry. We had to wait for an hour at the table and after that they said the particular item we’d asked for isn’t available. Then they got us whatever was left. And we were charged 1600 for just a sandwich and coffee. Unfair! Rooms are very small. Entire hotel has a smell. Service at Amaya was not great at all.

overall nice stay, location is good, food at roof top restuarant is too good and live singining makes it more cool.

There’s limited room on the property so no garden area or other facilities so feels a little overpriced compared to others in the city but it is safe and staff do their utmost to make sure you’re catered for as best they can. Great rooftop bar but you will Need a rickshaw at least rather than exerting yourself too much on that steep hill up 😀
