Was completely disappointed with reception staff and room, we had booked a cottage, it was infested with roaches, and lizards.... the flush was not working.... hada horrible stay, when pointed out to reception , they were indifferent to us

We had booked Symphony Resort after seeing reviews, we were totally disgusted with reception staff, very indifferent, the room was a disaster, we found cockroaches, house lizard, and rats..... the light in room was bad, flush was not functioning properly.... what else to say......

The staff were very cordial. We enjoyed the breakfasts very much and food at the restaurant was generally good. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Only complaints were that some of the rooms have an issue with the AC. The problem is probably with insufficient thermal insulation of the wooden doors and walls. Also there is a neighbouring restaurant that was stinking up the place early morning. There are rooms on two sides of the public road that goes through the property. The beach side ones don’t have the smell problem probably.
