Very happy with booking through Agoda I was nervous after reading some reviews but we had no issues at all. Everything was smooth.

We had such a wonderful time in this resort and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all inclusive in Punta Cana!

Stay was nice. -Entertainment/Show every night was really great. -All buildings are near from a pool (there's 3 pool) -The buffet by the lobby was good. It was my go to. But it's such a wait for a drink. If you go to the bar some will say "they'll bring it to your table" and some employees will just give you your drink. Staff was nice though. It just felt like they were short staffed. -You have to make an appointment for the A La Carte restaurant-- worth it! Would recommend the D'Oriental Asian Cuisine. -Cleanliness wise, it was ok not great. Sheets had stains. Restaurants needs to get new furnitures and utensils. -Beach needs to have more shades or hut. Its very limited there. Overall, I didn't hate it. I would stay here again and see would like to see the progress. Have a great trip :>

Stayed at the club level. Receptionists do not even meet a standard level of mediocre resorts. Unhelpful, unfriendly and super slow. Restaurant at the club was good and wait stuffs were helpful and friendly, food was good but a lobster dish served at dinner was old and my partner suffered from food poisoning for a week. Other restaurants were just decent. Gym is very small for the size of resort and the equipments are old. I don’t think we’ll not return.

Photos are deceiving. Facilities and room were not as nice at all. Really loud and a lot of kids. Food was mediocre at best every restaurant. There was a booking issue that was their fault but the management office was really lazy and not willing to deal with it. Wasted half day because of them.
