Great staff and excellent location. Right in the heart of the main street with close proximity to most main attractions in the city. Bus station is a 20min walk. For a hotel it was decently priced, but the size of the room wasn't worth what I paid. No water provided which could've been a good gesture to tired travellers. Bathroom was super clean n tidy. Bed was not that comfy but for a night I could manage. Compared to all expensive hotels around i think it's a good deal at Tudel. Would come back for sure.

Almost everything was nice and I recommend staying here in the heart of andorra la vella, only one remark regarding the skinny short lady at the reception please show a nice and smiling face to the guest ! We are paying for our stay, we are not staying for free to show us the angry face all the time

I stayed in a single room which had a comfortable bed and an amazing big bathroom. The downside of the room was that there was no window so it was dark, lacked fresh air and I could not even check the weather without walking downstairs. A fridge or water kettle would have been nice to have. Good value for the price for a couple nights' stay.

We booked a room in a rush 1-2 weeks prior, so didn’t pay much attention, booked one of the available basic double room with courtyard view - well it turned out it had no functioning window at all, so it was pitch black even during the day. Also, in of the mornings, while we were getting ready after breakfast, the staff came banging on the door, entered immediately, before I could even reach the door to open it - also got scared of our 5kg dog and closed the door on her head - and rudely told that check out is in 5 mins. When I told her we are only checking out the next day, she said ok, no sorry or anything.
