태안(만리포) 씨싸이드캐슬

근처 펜션 알아보다 예약마감이라 최대한 깔끔한곳 찾아서 예약한 숙소였는데 와~신의한수였어요 넓직하고 청결도 좋고 위치도 조용하고 뜨거운물 콸콸 잘나오고 친정엄마 모시고 아이들과 갔는데 휴가때 또 가고싶다네요전 만리포갈때면 무조건 여기로 정착할래요

만리포 타업체 예약했는데 오버부킹으로 급하게 예약하여 묵었습니다 우선 침대방을 보고 예약했으나 침대없는 온돌방으로 주고 이불 및 베게 등이 몇일 썼는지 모를정도의 냄새(세탁안함) 우풍이 있어 보일러를 얘기하니 전기장판 켜라 합니다. 다른 분들은 이용 안하시길 권합니다

시설상태 낙후

We arrived and had booked online through agoda, but the owner immediately put his arms in an X and told us that there was no more room at his hotel. We put everything in the translator, slowing our bookings multiple times and showing our ARCs but he didn’t care. He repeatedly said there was no room and told us to go. When we finally were going, he showed the registry and pointed to our names, the ONLY ones in English. We said those were ours, and he said without apology that they weren’t booked through agoda. We were furious at this time, as he’d paused to help other how Korean families before even getting to find our names. It’s fine if people don’t speak English. I don’t expect them to, but I DO expect them to be kind and try to help us. The owner was rude, the place was dirty beyond belief, and it was a terrible experience. Do NOT recommend.

Owner asked extra 75,000 won if we want to stay at room number 308 which we used stay a couple times because our price for 5 nights are lower than the other couple of times. We had no choice, to pay for it. Recommend to reimburse me the extra 75,000 won we paid.
