26.05.27we have stayed several times, 5 to be exact and keep on coming back. the location, facilities, room, and food is superb. the housekeeping and F & B staff are great however, our last stay was a little bit less than pleasant. It was my sons birthday and i asked front desk prior to the actual day to prepare a surprise greeting and a cake, not the complimentary one but one that i will pay for. i reminded them twice and they said yes. on the actual day, when we were having breakfast, no one greeted. when i asked front desk about it, they just said they will check because they left a message to dining and that's it. No feedback whatsoever. Sunday night dining was a mess, we placed our orders after swimming at 7 pm, and our food came an hour after. the place was still packed on sunday night, and a lot of tables shared the same sentiment. they did not expect a lot of guests to stay until monday i guess. bill out was no better. took another hour despite asking 3 waiters, who were really apologetic. the food was very good as always. so were still happy. when we relayed the experience to front desk, they just shrugged it off, no empathy nor apologies. coldly as if saying you're leaving anyways and this will always be the place to be. we will still come back though, as most of the staff are warm and efficient as always. Front Desk/Reception needs to be improved.
