Went here for two consecutive months (April & May) and everything was fantastic! Service was consistent, and the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. They were so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The food is also great. On our second visit, we did island hopping, and the staff had all the essentials ready — towels, water, snorkels. For the rooms, we tried six different types, and each was unique and very comfortable. The Azure room is one of our favorites!

All staff and the facilities are outstanding. The location and the resort is recommended to types of travelers and guest. The water activites was a plus points for the resort if you are looking for water activities.

Vivere Azure only has 14 guest room in total so there is no crowd noise. The entire staff are friendly.

The property itself is undeniably beautiful, with a relaxing beachfront ambiance. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which we truly appreciated. However, the service fell far below expectations—especially for a resort at this price point. Upon check-in, we immediately encountered an issue with our Agoda reservation. Despite my booking already being charged and confirmed, the staff informed us that their office does not operate on Sundays, so they could not verify the reservation. This was quite confusing, considering the resort itself operates daily. As a result, I was asked to pay again on-site and deal with Agoda separately for a refund. This created unnecessary stress at the start of what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. We also booked a 9:00 PM massage for two people. Unfortunately, only one masseuse arrived, and we were told the second would come at 10:00 PM. This lack of coordination was disappointing. The massage itself was average at best, especially considering the ₱1,500 per person rate. Food quality was also underwhelming. While the portions were generous, the taste did not meet expectations. To make matters worse, the checkout experience was concerning. The staff assisted us with our luggage, but when we reached our car, our bags were missing. We later discovered they had mistakenly placed our belongings in another guest’s vehicle. This level of carelessness is alarming and unacceptable. Our total bill came to ***, which is not a small amount. For a resort in this price range, I expected a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Overall, while the place is visually appealing, the service issues significantly affected our experience. There is clear room for improvement, particularly in guest handling, coordination, and operational efficiency.
