25.12.30As stated on the title. I booked for a double or twin room, in which I paid more for the specified choice, but after checked in, my booking get downgraded and was not compensated fairly up till this very moment I am writing this review.
I checked in, and the staff at the reception barely spoke any English. When checking in, my room was not ready yet, and so they gave me the key and I left my luggage with the reception and went out to the city. Upon returning, it was late and there was no reception standing by. When entering my room, to my surprise my room was not the ones I initially booked. And at the property there was no one available to assist me.
Simply disappointed, I tried to talk to the property manager but nothing is resolved up till this moment. It became a blame game between the property and booking sites. However the staffs are still very much professional and polite upon handling this issue. Only disappointed as there is no firm resolution from any parties to me.
