My stay at Di-Ann City Centre Hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and we couldn’t even open two suitcases properly due to the limited space. The windows were cracked and broken, and the sink did not drain properly—dirty water kept accumulating and only very slowly went down. I had to wait for more than a minute just to empty the sink, which was really unpleasant. The shower was weak and it was almost impossible to get warm water at a comfortable temperature. Overall, the room felt very dirty and poorly maintained. The staircase was extremely steep with no elevator, and there was no help with luggage. One staff member even joked that we should “fly” to carry our bags up—the comment was ridiculous and completely inappropriate. This is not a guesthouse I would ever recommend. The location might be central, but the poor condition, lack of service, and health‑like issues with the bathroom make it an unacceptable place to stay.
