25.09.30 We arrived to check in and were provided a shoebox room with a leaking bathroom from the ceiling and walls. The smell was disgusting and the floors had a brownish water on them. It was obvious that the sewage was leaking.
We were provided a different room with single beds which isn't what we booked and paid for. That room also had a horrible smell. The shower was unclean and had brown marks on the wall as well. The shower gel was empty. I would not recommend this place to stay.
24.08.27 They advertised air con but when I checked in there was a fan?
Lady at the front is so rude and would rather have a stuck up face than to explain
24.07.02 no air con, no elevator, it's so hot inside the room. the only good thing is the location
24.06.18 Room tiny and not clean. Sheets dirty asked to change them and they said yes but left old ones on with blood stain on. My partner got bitten and it spread over his skin. Seeing a doctor now. Do not stay here !
